Preventive Use
1 dropper twice a day: in the morning on an empty stomach, in the evening 30-60 minutes before meals.

Supplement to Main Therapy or as Monotherapy
2 droppers 2-3 times a day: in the morning on an empty stomach, in the evening 30-60 minutes before meals or between meals.

Before Physical Activity or Workouts
3-4 droppers in the morning before meals.

If You Need to Stay Awake at Night (e.g., for Drivers)
2 droppers 2 hours after the last meal.

To Enhance Libido and Correct Erectile Function
On a regular basis: 1 dropper in the morning and 1 dropper at night; for a one-time effect: 3 droppers 2 hours after the last meal and at least 2 hours before the intended act.

For Support During Therapy and Remission of Cancer
